Technologies and digital innovations are a common theme throughout the career of Sven Samplatzki. For companies such as Omnicom Media Group and freenet AG, he has consistently established new business segments, as well as inspiring customers, partners and employees for new ways and technologies. Most recently, as chief commercial officer, he also built the technology startup apprupt, which was sold to the international mobile advertising enabler “Opera Mediaworks” from San Mateo / California in 2014.
The scientific aspects of digital innovations are researched by Sven at Leuphana University Lüneburg. Within the scope of the Digital Knowledge Transfer project he is currently developing a new model to redefine digital change in the transfer of knowledge between universities and industry.
